The public is both invited and encouraged to come and take advantage of some wonderful exercise classes that address the needs for a wide variety of populations. Chair Yoga is a great way to stretch and re-invigorate muscles while building endurance. Strength & Stretch also offers work with muscles set to some fun music & movement. Zumba offers its own music and movement in a fast-paced setting. Aqua Zumba is still fun and fast but offers the relaxation of the heated pool. Our Hybrid Classes target specific areas of need to provide an intense and gratifying workout. People can attend these classes via a full membership, or a $5 one-day guest pass.
